Paul McInnes has been appointed Creative Director at Shopper Activation specialists, Admark Sydney. Formerly Head of Art at Brave New World, Paul has been appointed after a series of account and project wins following a highly successful 2008 strategic repositioning of the agency. His experience spans brands such as Kia Motors, Pernod Ricard, Caltex, Nestle Purina, Woolworths, Sunbeam and Yum Restaurants (Pizza Hut and KFC) and he will work on Admark Sydney foundation clients SunRice, Colgate and Club Med as well as those picked up so far this year - Campbell Arnott's, Wyeth and Eveready. Paul says “My job is to make more consumers put my clients' product in the shopping trolley. That means right message, right time, in the right way to inspire people to buy. Blanket creative is not good enough.” Admark Sydney is the Shopper Activation business of the Behind the Line Group. Andrew Turley, MD of Behind the Line, says “Planning and integration are essential to our clients’ success, but so are blindingly good creative ideas - from everyone who works for us. Paul’s mandate is to organise, lead and drive creative quality – through every Admark staffer and every medium we use from TV show to product on shelf.”
