With the announcement of the shortlisting of the big end of town, Ad News Australian Magazine Awards, Publishers Australia are fielding entries for the expanded categories for their comprehensive print and online magazine awards program. "The 2010 Publishers Australia Excellence Awards is gathering momentum as entries start to flow in, new sponsors come on board and the event receives formal endorsement from the Audit Bureaux of Australia," according to Chairman of Publishers Australia Geoff Hird. "Adobe and Brandmail this week joined Australia Post, Future Sources, GEON and Creative Folks IT as sponsors of the November 12th event, which will be attended by over 400 of Australia's elite magazine and digital publishing executives," added Hird
Entries for the Publishers Australia Excellence Awards are open to all magazine and digital publishers. The awards have been expanded to 30 categories this year. Publishers Australia are offering a special EARLY BIRD ticket discount for those who wish to attend the event, closes this Friday, Oct 1st with a generous 25% discount.
