Ultimate Fighting Championship Magazine, under licence from UFC, is being supported by free-to-air commercials, pay-TV ads, print, point of sale and social media activity to the tune of $1 million. The magazine is launching with an initial distribution of 120,000 copies, with high expectations. A forthcoming UFC fight at Sydney's Acer Arena this Sunday sold out within half an hour of tickets going on sale. The magazine, published 10 times per year, will have a cover price of $6.95. UFC Magazine has become one of America's best selling newsstand titles since launch in July 2009, outselling long established titles in the men's category. OPINION/FEEDBACK TO THE EDITOR
